How much does this thing cost?

Personally, I am tired of gay web hosting from random buisneses on the internet; I would like to host my own server at a buisness that said that I could use their T1 line. My price range is $0.00-$200.62.

Windows Server 2003 begins at 500$ USD, I think.

As far as I know (and remember), you can legally use Windows XP Professional for hosting websites.

You can buy Windows XP professional at around a few hundred, I guess.

Does this company let you use it permanently and is it a one time fee?

Also, where is this company located, and where can I sign up for this?
