this sucks.....need help

Well.... I woke up this morning and went to go on my brothers laptop...(I tweaked it last night and everything was running fine) and i went to go on it and ANY and i mean ANY program i tried to start said "Insufficient Resources To Run This Program" But it was running fine last night after i tweaked it and i am setting it back to last night before i tweaked it any ideas what it coulda been?

You probably accidently disabled a service that shouldn't have been disabled.

Yeap, use my tweaking video... Unlike other websites, I don't disable services that can actually harm to your computer.

You have to be careful when disabling services.
