You cant Get you external ip to stop changing because you got a dynamic ip, your a cheap ass like me, go to dyndns.com and sign up, so you dont need to give people your ip, just give something like this, clanhsk.selfip.net:27015,, you can stop being a cheap ass and upgrade to a static ip,

Dydns works, although its not too helpful since steam relies on ips, not dns. Services like this are good just if you want to give out your server to a friend and don't want to memorize all those numbers for your ip.

I use an Dyndns Updater So each time my ip changes it automaticly Change my ip on the site

But still, if someone comes into your server, and enjoys it, he'll add it to his favorites. It adds to his favorites by the IP, meaning that once your ip changes, the server in his favorites will be <not responding> and therefore he'll think the server is dead.
